Free shipping on all US orders. No minimum, no surprise fees at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days. Our bubble tower is built solid — heavy-duty base, full-size tower, durable parts made to last. Because of its size and weight, it travels a bit slower than a small parcel. Good things are worth the wait.

Why is my order of 4 shipped in two separate packages?

Orders of 4 or more units are split into shipments of 2 to secure the most efficient shipping rates available. This keeps your total cost down without compromising delivery. All packages ship to the same address and may arrive on different days.

Will I receive tracking for each package? Yes. A separate tracking number is provided for every package in your order, so you can monitor each shipment individually.

How are larger orders shipped? Larger quantities are divided into 2-unit shipments whenever possible to ensure the best rates and reliable delivery.

Shipping Protection

For $2.99 you can add Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we replace it free of charge.

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it. Once a package has shipped, we can't reroute it.
