90-Day Money Back Guarantee. If Bubblery™ isn't the hit we promised, send it back within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no interrogation.
How to start a return
- Email us through the contact page with your order number and a short note about what went wrong.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and an address.
- Ship the item back in its original packaging where possible.
- Once it arrives, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away — no need to return the damaged unit. If you'd prefer a refund instead, that's fine too.
What we can't accept
Items returned after 90 days, or units with damage caused by misuse (dropping, submerging, disassembly). Normal wear from regular backyard play is expected and covered.
Return shipping
For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment. After that, wait for delivery and start a return.
Refund timing
Refunds are processed as soon as your return is received. Depending on your bank, it can take another 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
